If you have been aware of my Facebook status,
then you will know that I have been conducting a
3-month industrial training since September 2011,
this training is a compulsory subject under UTAR course structure.
Before I start to share about my working life,
let me introduce some background of my lovely firm~
Sekhar & Tan
Sekhar & Tan is a fast-growing Chartered Accounting firm
that has been providing auditing, taxation, accounting,
management consultancy and corporate services since year 1993.
The location of the firm:
Suite 16-8, Level 16, Lobby B

No.21 Jalan Pinang
50450 Kuala Lumpur.

This is our taxation department~
p/s: The senior tax manager is Mr.Han,
he is a kind and funny boss,
I think if you're the staff under his supervision it would be quite nice~
so if you're interested in taxation field, you can try to apply for this position~^^
This is our audit department,
the two seats nearby the windows belong to our directors
which are Mr.Yau and Ms.Koay.
The are two seats in the very front,
the chair with black color jacket on it belongs to Ms.Kelly
and another seat belongs to Ms.Fadhilah.
Ms.Aizah is our admin assistant~
Here is also the audit department,
The seat with grey color jacket belongs to Mr.Wyan,
while the seat with a blue jacket belongs to Ms.Lynnette,
the white color jacket's seat is belong to Ms.Angie,
and the right side of Ms.Angie is Mr.Alvin,
unfortunately the photo of his seat is unable to be taken~ =p
p/s: my seniors are really kind and helpful, even if they're quite busy for their work,
but they are still willing to teach and guide me patiently~

Yes....when you walk along the ''Lorong'',
there will be a few chairs inside which belong to my seniors
included Ms.Susan and Ms.Mei Ling,
our audit manager Ms.Judith,
and our account executive Ms.Cynthia~
p/s: Ms.Susan is the senior who has been working for
longest period among all the seniors, but she is a pretty,
kind, grateful and patient person, she taught me
a lot of things during the auditing of client's company.
The corporate secretarial function is carried out through Secfin Sdn. Bhd.
and provides a comprehensive range of corporate secretarial services
to private and public companies.
Secfin Sdn. Bhd. is besides to Sekhar & Tan Chartered Accounting Firm.

it's also the place for us to conduct the statutory audit.

If there is a chance,

Besides that, here is also the place for me and other colleagues
who like to bring lunchbox here to enjoy our lunch time.^^
I like the time when we're having the lunch
since I can gossip with all of my colleagues
and it's chance for me to understand them as well~^^
Lastly, this is the pantry of my firm~=p
My firm has been providing free water, mocha, milo, tea, white coffee, biscuit and etc
for every staff~^^
That's all about my training's company~
In conclusion, as a audit trainee,
I'm quite satisfied with the monthly allowance,
the daily tasks assigned by senior and director won't be too complicated,
and I still have free time to write my industrial training weekly report
during my office hour. If there is no job assigned to me,
then director will give some Audit guidance book for me to read.
Besides that, I'm also given the chance to attend the in-house training
such as tax budget proposal 2012 and recognition of deferred tax~
Although sometimes need to work OT,
but it's good chance for me to learn more~^^
Lastly, I hope to get closer with all of my colleagues~^6^~
