~My Industrial Training Life~

If you have been aware of my Facebook status,

then you will know that I have been conducting a

3-month industrial training since September 2011,

this training is a compulsory subject under UTAR course structure.

Before I start to share about my working life,

let me introduce some background of my lovely firm~  

Sekhar & Tan

Sekhar & Tan is a fast-growing Chartered Accounting firm 

that has been providing auditing, taxation, accounting,

management consultancy and corporate services since year 1993.

The location of the firm:

Suite 16-8, Level 16, Lobby B

Wisma UOA II

No.21 Jalan Pinang

50450 Kuala Lumpur.

(The building opposite to KLCC Convention Center)

 Now I'm going to share some of the photos 

I took them during my training period.^^

The overview of Sekhar & Tan Chartered Accounting Firm~

The place for visitor to have a seat~^^

This is our taxation department~

p/s: The senior tax manager is Mr.Han, 

he is a kind and funny boss, 

I think if you're the staff under his supervision it would be quite nice~

so if you're interested in taxation field, you can try to apply for this position~^^

This is our audit department,

the two seats nearby the windows belong to our directors 

which are Mr.Yau and Ms.Koay.

The are two seats in the very front,

the chair with black color jacket on it belongs to Ms.Kelly 

and another seat belongs to Ms.Fadhilah.

Ms.Aizah is our admin assistant~

Here is also the audit department,

The seat with grey color jacket belongs to Mr.Wyan, 

while the seat with a blue jacket belongs to Ms.Lynnette,

the white color jacket's seat is belong to Ms.Angie,

and the right side of Ms.Angie is Mr.Alvin,

unfortunately the photo of his seat is unable to be taken~ =p

p/s: my seniors are really kind and helpful, even if they're quite busy for their work,

but they are still willing to teach and guide me patiently~

A special thank you to all of my seniors,

It's really happy to meet all of you in this company~

erm.....Do you see the door on your left hand side?

Yes....when you walk along the ''Lorong'',

there will be a few chairs inside which belong to my seniors 

included Ms.Susan and Ms.Mei Ling,

our audit manager Ms.Judith,

and our account executive Ms.Cynthia~

 p/s: Ms.Susan is the senior who has been working for 

longest period among all the seniors, but she is a pretty, 

kind, grateful and patient person, she taught me 

a lot of things during the auditing of client's company.

The corporate secretarial function is carried out through Secfin Sdn. Bhd. 

and provides a comprehensive range of corporate secretarial services

to private and public companies.

Secfin Sdn. Bhd. is besides to Sekhar & Tan Chartered Accounting Firm.

it's also the place for us to conduct the statutory audit.

If there is a chance, 

I will take the photo of the largest meeting room of my working firm.

Besides that, here is also the place for me and other colleagues 

who like to bring lunchbox here to enjoy our lunch time.^^

I like the time when we're having the lunch 

since I can gossip with all of my colleagues 

and it's chance for me to understand them as well~^^

Lastly, this is the pantry of my firm~=p

My firm has been providing free water, mocha, milo, tea, white coffee, biscuit and etc

for every staff~^^

That's all about my training's company~

In conclusion, as a audit trainee,

 I'm quite satisfied with the monthly allowance,

the daily tasks assigned by senior and director won't be too complicated,

and I still have free time to write my industrial training weekly report 

during my office hour. If there is no job assigned to me,

then director will give some Audit guidance book for me to read.

Besides that, I'm also given the chance to attend the in-house training

such as tax budget proposal 2012 and recognition of deferred tax~

Although sometimes need to work OT,

but it's good chance for me to learn more~^^

Lastly, I hope to get closer with all of my colleagues~^6^~

My 21st years old birthday

My family brought me to Pandan Indah Coffee House 

to celebrate this memorable day~^^

Location: 8G, Jalan Pandan Indah 4/33, 

Pandan Indah, Kuala Lumpur, 55100

Business hours: Monday ~ Thursday 12.00p.m.~12.30a.m.

                   Friday ~ Sunday 12.00p.m.~2.00p.m.

P/S: A valuable lunch set available from Monday to Friday, 

the set included Fried rice, drink, ice-cream and soup

It costs only RM9.90

~Holiday Trip to Singapore~Part 2~

The last day of our holiday trip,

we went to Singapore Universal Studio.

An Entertainment place that can bring a lot of fun to all of you.

Their design concept is just similar to Disney Land,

they had categorize them into 7 theme parks,

which are

Hollywood,

Madagascar,

Far Far Away,

The Lost World,

Ancient Egypt,

Sci-Fi City,

New York City.

We started our journey from Far Far Away,

it's an amazing castle with Shrek's theme~^^

Next, we went to Madagascar's world,

Yea~we like to move it move it, still remember this song?^^

The third park we visited was The Lost World, 

the theme is Jurassic Park~^^

Dinosaur's Restaurant ~ ^^

We queued for around 1 hour just for buying our lunch~

Due to peak season, 

the universal studio was full of people from different countries.

I love Dinosaur so much~=p

Next, we went to mystery Ancient Egypt,

the theme is The Mummy~=p

You should try the in-house roller coaster,

a sudden launch, scarab beetle attract, forward and backward motion is applied on the ride~=p

The environment make you feel like you're travelling to Egypt~^^

A car took you to visit around the Ancient Egypt~^^

we had been waiting for 1 hour just for this game~

My Pretty mommy~^^

There is a show you should not miss out --- Waterworld,

It is located nearby The Lost World~^^

The show is amazing with some horrible explosion, thrills water war between pirates~^^

We had taken a photo with the main characters of this show.

They're really funny and awesome guys~

He's making some introduction before the show started.

This park is called Sci-Fi City,

its theme is about the future world.

A famous roller coaster you should try when you come here,

p/s: but I'm afraid to try it~=p~keke

The rides are divided into 2 ways which are Human and Cylon.

The Red color is Human link,

and the Blue color is Cylon link~

Guess,

Who I met in Singapore Universal Studio?

Yes,

I met Sze Lam at there,

the world seems like really small~^^

Sze Lam went to Singapore with her friends and sister~

This theme is called New York City,

The attraction here is Lights, Camera & Action hosted by Steven Spielberg.

You should watch the show before you say goodbye to Universal Studio.^^

An amazing and awesome movie~

Lastly,

before we leave,

the last theme is Hollywood.

you can walk along the retail shops and restaurants.

At here,

you can buy many type of souvenirs and give them to your best friends~^^

we bought some souvenirs from Universal Studios Store~^^

A happy Trip~

Every Friday and Saturday,you can enjoy fireworks show in Universal Studio,

but unluckily, we went there on Wednesday~T.T
